Living as an Immigrant in America

The title of this book—Living As An IMMIGRANT IN AMERICA, needs no further expounding; but you the ardent reader would even be more pleasantly surprised by its conspicuous contents. Most certainly, we all do have a keen sense of what life is in America. Yet, one can never know for sure how it is –unless you are one of the millions living as immigrants in this country. For more than 24 years, I lived under extreme adverse circumstances, while struggling to swim amid the American social ocean—infested with Great Whites. However, do not let the term Great Whites mislead you into scornful spells of sensationalism. For acts of reverse racism are so enigmatically now dividing America! Not unlike many, I perceived America based on what I read and what I saw in the movies. As a result, I came to this country the most naïve person ever to migrate here. In spite of how earnest I tried, it was impossible for me to avoid writing this book. An undertaking no doubt—has since served as therapy for me! Furthermore, I couldn’t so selfishly deprive the immigrant population in America — of what is so long overdue. If I claim to be the author of this book; I would be lying. I am just the humble medium—used by the REAL AUTHOR, which is GOD. I represent various voices. Voices of the many millions of misled and inarticulate immigrants! Voices of those too stifled to vent their views on pertinent issues affecting their basic rights! Voices of people with PURE ideas for the welfare of humanity; but are long asleep in the silence of the cold earth! These are the many components of the various colors, cultures, and the religious voices that designed threads, that hemmed the fabric, that clothe the passion, that adorn the bold revealing pages of this book. The mere fact that you’ve shown wisdom, by taking up this book and reading this page, proves that you are more than worthy to read the contents in their entirety. Let me personally commend you.
